ROSTR's Pro tier & any future paid tiers are subscription-based. This means that when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan your subscription will continue until it's either canceled by you or us.
Here are a few things to note:
Your Subscription Price / Term
When you sign-up for a plan the price & length of your subscription will be laid out during the checkout process.
For example, if you sign-up for a $60 per month, month-by-month subscription then you'll be charged $60 each month.
If you sign-up for an annual subscription then you'll be charged your annual amount each year.
When will I be charged?
You will automatically be charged on the monthly or annual anniversary of your subscription start.
For example, if you sign-up for a monthly subscription on the 10th of the month. You'll be charged again on the 10th of the next month.
If you sign-up for an annual subscription on the 10th of August, you'll be charged again the following year on the 10th of August.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page. Fore more information see the help article below:
⚠️ Important note ⚠️ you need to cancel your subscription BEFORE your renewal otherwise you will be automatically charged for the next period of your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle we won't be able to pro-rata refund you for the unused portion but your service will continue until the end of the cycle after which you'll be downgraded.
Changing a subscription
If you would like to change the terms of your subscription. For example, to take advantage of an annual discount or to move to a Team plan then that's possible but you'll need to get in touch with us for the time being.
To do that just hit the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner & send us a message.
A couple of notes:
If you switch from a monthly to an annual plan then any unused days on your monthly plan will be refunded & your annual plan will be charged in full.
You can only change from an annual to a monthly plan at the end of your annual subscription. Put another way, if you buy an annual plan you can't switch it out part-way through for a monthly plan.
Discount Codes / Promotional Pricing
From time to time we may offer discounts & promotional pricing. These promotions will not always be available to everyone & they may be time-limited.
For example, we may offer a discount for X% of your first 12 months. At the end of your 12 months, your subscription will renew at the standard price.
Also, note, if you start a subscription at a promotional price but later cancel your subscription you may not be able to restart your subscription at the same price if that offer is no longer available.
Free Trials
Some products may have free trial periods which allow you to test the service without charge. Most free trials will require you to enter a payment method before starting the trial.
The length of a free trial may vary depending on the product & how we set them up from time to time.
⚠️ Important note ⚠️ If you start a free trial that requires a payment method then we will automatically charge that payment method at the end of your trial UNLESS you cancel your subscription BEFORE the end of the trial. You will receive an email a few days before your trial ends notifying you of a pending charge.
In most instances, free trials are only available once per customer per lifetime. That means that if you've already had a free trial, you will not be able to use another one. You may see a promotion or a notification to start a free trial, however, if you have already used a trial you may find that the trial is not available at checkout.

If you need to get a receipt or invoice for your subscription then you can download those at any time from the Manage Subscription dashboard.
