If you are currently on a ROSTR trial or subscription or have previously been on a trial or subscription you'll see a "Manage Subscription" link in your user menu.
This is where you can:
Finding Manage Subscription
To manage your subscription click your avatar or initials in the top right-hand corner of your screen & look for the "Manage Subscription" link.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you choose to cancel your subscription your subscription will remain active for the remainder of your subscription period but will not renew after that.
For example, if you are on a monthly plan that renews on the 10th of the month & you cancel on the 1st of the month, your subscription will remain active until the 10th after which you will be downgraded.
⚠️ When you cancel a subscription there is no option for a pro-rate refund for the remaining portion of the term, but you can continue to use your subscription until the end of the term you've paid for.
Canceling A Trial
If you cancel your subscription during a trial period you won't be charged at the end of your trial. Your trial will continue until its end date but after that, you will be downgraded to your former plan & no charges will be made.
To cancel a trial follow the same steps as above...
Renewing A Subscription
If you canceled your subscription by mistake or changed your mind you can renew your subscription. Look for the 'Renew Plan' button & go from there...
Your subscription will renew with the same terms as you had previously.
Add or Change Your Payment Card
Add a new card
To add a new card click...
Set a new default payment method
If you'd like to change your default payment message hit the three dots next to any card you've entered & choose "Make Default"
Change your email, address, or other billing details
Click "Update Information"
Get An Invoice or Receipt
To get an invoice or receipt scroll to the bottom of your Manage Subscription page & hit the little square + arrow icon next to a date.
From there you can choose to download an invoice or receipt
