On September 12th 2023 we introduced new limits on the free tier.
Previously, ROSTR Free members had unlimited access to profiles on ROSTR.
Profiles are the pages that show you information about an artist, person or company including rosters and team relationships.
Free members are now limited to viewing 10 different profiles on ROSTR every 30 days. Each time you visit a new profile, that will use up one of your 10 profile views.
Each time you view a profile, a banner will pop up letting you know how many profile views you have left. You can always check your remaining views by clicking or tapping your avatar or initials in the top right hand corner.
Any profiles you’ve already viewed in the 30 day period will remain unlocked for that period. So, for example, if you visit WME's profile on Day 1 of your 30 day period, then WME's profile will be unlocked for the rest of the 30 days and visiting it again will not use up a profile view.
When you've used your 10 profile views, you won’t be able to view other profiles until your views refresh at the end of the current 30 day period. Or unless you subscribe to ROSTR Pro - which remains unlimited.
We know this is a big change to ROSTR. Around half of our Free members are casual users of ROSTR and won't be regularly impacted by these limits. The other half are pretty heavy users who save a lot of time using ROSTR. We hope they'll consider upgrading to ROSTR Pro.

Can I buy more views?
Currently it's not possible to buy more views, subscribing to ROSTR Pro is the only way to increase your monthly views. If you only need it for a specific project or similar though you could always subscribe & cancel before the end of your first month.
What if I need to view my own profile?
If you have a profile on ROSTR that you need to view but you're out of profiles. Get in contact with us using the chat icon & we can permanently unlock that profile for you.
How do I know how many views I have left?
Each time you view a profile a banner will show you how many views you have left. You can also check this at any time by clicking your avatar or initials in the circle in the top right of the screen.
How do I know when my credits renew?
You can also check the sidebar behind your avatar for that. We'll also email you when your credits renew each 30-days.
What if I used a view by mistake?
In the future we'll create an unlock button. For now, just visiting a profile will use up a view.
I've already had a Pro trial, can I take another one?
Yes, we've reset all trials so even if you've taken one before you'll be able to take another one now.
