Managing subscription teams on ROSTR

ROSTR Teams allow for groups of colleagues to join teams & share subscriptions.

How do I create a team?

At the moment creating a team requires a link that's sent to you by someone from the ROSTR team.

I have a link & want to create a team

Great.

  1. Click the link you've been sent

  2. Sign in to your ROSTR account or create a new account if you don't have one.

  3. Set your team name when asked (most people use their company name)

How do I invite other team members?

Once you've set up your team you'll land in the team manager.

  1. Hit the "Invite Members" button

  2. Select a tier to invite members to (if you're on a Pro trial, select Pro)

  3. Add email addresses (one per line)

  4. Hit "Send Invites"

We'll Send Invites To Your Team

We'll send emails to everyone you invited letting them know you've invited them to the team. Team members will either need to sign in to an existing ROSTR account or if they don't have one they'll be asked to create one.

Managing Your Team

After inviting team members you'll see them show up in the team manager. From there you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade members between teams

  • Remove members from your team

Finding the Team Manager

You can get back to the team manager at any time by clicking your avatar (top right) & finding "Manage Team"
