We want you to be able to try ROSTR Pro for free before you commit, so we currently offer a free 14-day trial.
Here are a few things to note:
A Credit/Debit Card Is Required
In order to start a free trial, we will ask you to enter & verify a payment card first.
We know this makes this harder but we have to ask it to ensure that people don't simply create a series of new accounts & constantly take free trials :)
When will I be charged?
You will NOT be charged at the start of the trial.
You WILL be automatically charged at the end of your trial UNLESS you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
You will receive an email a few days before your trial ends notifying you of a pending charge.
⚠️ Important note ⚠️
You must cancel your subscription BEFORE the end of your trial to avoid being charged.
If you don't you will be charged & will be committed for the length of the subscription you chose (either monthly or annually).
How do I cancel my trial?
If you want to cancel a trial before it ends here's how you do it:
1. Go to Manage Subscription
To manage your subscription click your avatar or initials in the top right-hand corner of your screen & look for the "Manage Subscription" link.
2. Cancel Your Trial
Look for the "Cancel Plan" button, hit that & then confirm by clicking "Cancel Plan" again.
Once you've done this your subscription will be canceled and you will NOT be charged at the end of your trial. Your trial will remain active for the remainder of your trial period.
I canceled by mistake or changed my mind & want to renew
If you change your mind while your subscription is still active but is set to cancel then you can follow the steps above & hit "Renew Plan" instead to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will reactivate with the terms you previously signed up for.
If your subscription has already ended then you'll need to start a new plan. . Please note a trial will not be available the second time.
