If you've requested your password or verification code too many times, your account may get locked to protect your security.

There's no self-serve way to unlock it. Contact us at [email protected] and our team will reset the lock manually.

Note: if you're stuck on the phone verification screen specifically, try visiting https://www.rostr.cc/clearsession first — that resolves a different type of sign-in block and may be faster.
