This feature isn't currently available, but we're working on it.
Right now, the order of team members and associated people on artist profiles is determined automatically by our system.
We know being able to manually arrange these - whether to highlight primary contacts, reflect current hierarchy, or just organize things the way that makes sense-would be useful, and it's on our roadmap.
