Check the format of your phone number: Make sure the number you entered includes the correct country code (e.g., +1 for the US).
Using a number outside the US? Some carriers in the UK, parts of Asia, Latin America, and certain European and African countries may have difficulty receiving automated SMS codes — this is typically a carrier-level restriction outside of our control.
