Phone numbers can't be updated directly from the ROSTR platform. To request a change, reach out to us at [email protected].
Include the email address linked to your account, your current phone number, and the new phone number you'd like to use.
Not sure which email is on your account or which sign-in method you used?
No worries — include as much as you can and we'll help you figure it out.
A couple of things to keep in mind: each phone number can only be linked to one ROSTR account, and phone number changes aren't available for shared accounts — ROSTR accounts are for individual use only.
If someone else has access to your account, the account owner must be the one to submit the request.
