There are two ways to sign in to ROSTR. Follow the steps for the method you used when you created your account.
If you sign in with email and password ("Sign In" button)
Go to the ROSTR sign-in page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address linked to your account and click Request Password Reset. The reset email should arrive within a few minutes.
If you haven't received it: check your spam or junk folder, make sure you're using the email address you originally signed up with, and add rostr.cc to your safe senders list. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, contact us at [email protected].
If you sign in with Google ("Continue with Google" button)
Your ROSTR account is linked directly to your Google account — there's no separate ROSTR password. To update it, go to your Google Account settings and follow Google's steps to reset your password. Because the accounts are linked, your updated Google password will apply to ROSTR automatically.
⚠️ Don't use the "Forgot your password?" link if you sign in with Google — it won't apply to your account.
