Radar is primarily searching for public email addresses. Some companies use their parent company domain for email - for example, many Sony labels use @sonymusic.com.
When Radar identifies this it'll sometimes show employees from the parent company. This makes it harder to find the exact people you're looking for, so it's an element we hope to improve in the future.
