Signings in ROSTR 2.0

How the Signings Directory works in the new ROSTR

Written by Santiago Brusco

Signings have been reworked in ROSTR 2.0 to make them easier to browse and scan at scale.

In ROSTR 2.0, signings are treated as a central source of information, designed to be consumed quickly and filtered easily.

A new Signings table

In ROSTR 2.0, signings are presented in a table in the Signings directory.

This allows you to see many signings at once, with key information laid out in a structured way. The table format makes it easier to scan across rows and understand what’s happening without clicking into each signing individually.

This supports a clearer, more practical view of signing activity.

Filtering signings

Filtering is introduced in ROSTR 2.0 as part of the new Signings experience.

On the left side of the Signings directory, you’ll find a filter panel that lets you narrow down what you’re seeing. You can apply filters such as date, company, person, type, audience, and other available criteria to focus on the signings that matter to you.

Filters can be combined and adjusted as you go. If you want to start fresh, you can reset filters at any time and return to the full table.

Viewing a signing with the preview panel

When you click on a signing anywhere in ROSTR, including in the Signings directory, a preview panel opens on the right.

This allows you to view the details of a signing without fully leaving your current context. You can move between signings and review several of them in sequence, with the underlying view remaining visible.

Signings across profiles

You can also access tables of signings directly from company and person profiles. This allows you to see signing activity related to a specific company or individual in context, using the same table and preview panel behavior.

A more practical way to consume signings

Overall, Signings in ROSTR 2.0 are designed for faster, clearer consumption of information.

By using a table in the directory, introducing filters, and allowing signings to be viewed through the preview panel across the platform, ROSTR 2.0 makes it easier to see more signings at once and review them efficiently.
